Our latest news and events give you an insight into life at school.
Last week, our canteen was transformed into a speed networking event for our Year 10 students! Lots of different organisations from across the island popped in to visit and chat with our students about their work.
The event’s ‘speed networking’ style meant that our students had a certain amount of time at each stall to learn all about each company or organisation. Visitors ranged from the NHS, to the Garlic Farm, to the Armed Forces, and even some four-legged friends!
It was especially lovely to see Lift Ryde alumni, Jasmine and Isaac, return as representatives for GKN, where they are studying apprenticeships. It was great for our Year 10s to hear from former students about their successes post-Ryde!

We would like to thank all of the businesses who gave up their time to come and inspire our young people! Our students were very engaged and excited thinking about future career options.
