It was great to hand out certificates to our UKMT Senior Mathematical Challenge participants last week!
This group of students worked very hard solving difficult mathematical problems under exam conditions. Most of the students who took part in this challenge were 6th Formers, but a special recognition must go to Evie C and Emily S (both Year 11), who also took on the tough maths problems.
Emily, in fact, was the highest-scoring participant in the entire school, earning a gold award for her efforts and qualifying for the next round. What an incredible achievement!
Well done to all involved. We are very proud of you and delighted to see you taking on and smashing such brilliant opportunities!
