Four of our Year 7s recently represented our school in the Performing Shakespeare competition, and had some fantastic results! Miss White has written the below report:
Firstly, a huge congratulations to Imogen and Kayla, who performed a beautiful and compelling scene from Macbeth. Their performance was mature, atmospheric and emotionally powerful, earning them an outstanding second place.
We also want to celebrate Immy and Amelia, who delivered a fabulous and energetic scene from Romeo and Juliet. Their performance stood out for its confidence, clarity and chemistry — and we are delighted to announce that Immy and Amelia will be progressing to the next round of the Performing Shakespeare competition in Kent!
Well done to you all, we are very proud!
